By accessing and using AntVenture's AI agents, including Leads Agents, Digital Employees, and other domain-specific AI solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service description
AntVenture provides AI-powered digital employees and agents designed to automate business processes, manage leads, provide internal training, and accelerate AI Native Transformation. Our services are provided on a subscription basis and may be customized based on your business needs.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that all data provided to our AI agents is accurate and lawful, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. You must not use our AI agents for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI agents, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to AI agents will be discontinued, and we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain it by law.

We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that detail how we process and protect your data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations. All AI agent operations, from Leads Agents to Digital Employees, are covered under these agreements.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and we will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal requirements to retain certain information.
International data transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in data centers located outside your country of residence. We ensure that all international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and use appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

You retain all rights to your business data, content, and materials. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our AI agent services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such data.
AI model training
When you use our AI agents, your data may be used to train and improve AI models. However, your specific business data and proprietary information remain confidential and are not shared with other customers. We use aggregated and anonymized data for general model improvements.
